Fictional records, your own sandbox

This Site demonstrates a fictional restaurant. Please enter invented information only. Your demo uses a random HttpOnly cookie; the server stores synthetic records in Sites D1, isolated by a hashed session identifier. Demo sessions expire after 24 hours; cleanup occurs when a new session starts. A reset creates a fresh sandbox; prior records expire. Browser preferences are not production identity.

Access & controls

Public guest, workspace and owner views are synthetic perspectives. Every demo API derives the sandbox from the cookie; caller role or tenant values grant no access. Revision checks, idempotency, bounded actions and same-origin mutations protect demo records. Real operational APIs deny access; production membership and recovery processes are not provisioned. The separate Clerk development sign-in preview verifies its own issuer and session; it does not grant staff access or cut over existing Sites identities.

Assistant & voice

The public assistant is deterministic text guidance using the versioned menu and current demo. No anonymous paid AI calls are enabled. OpenAI premium reasoning/transcription and ElevenLabs speech require secure coordinator configuration, account access, strict quotas and a verified bounded test. Microphone and audio controls remain unavailable until that setup is complete. Text is always available.

Integrations & records

POS, banking, payroll, email, SMS, calendar and real reservation providers are disconnected. Follow-up fixtures simulate failure and recovery; they send nothing. Exports contain your synthetic sandbox. No file uploads, private file service, malware scanner, live tracking or compliance certification is claimed. Hosting provides HTTPS; no claim of end-to-end encryption is made.

Human review

Staff must confirm allergy ingredients and preparation. No allergen-free guarantee. Owner review remains necessary for menu changes, financial reconciliation, labor and real operations. No tax advice, payroll execution, or staff replacement promise.
